Not Just Another Museum

Not Just Another Museum - Mike Evans Museum
There are already thirty-two museums in Jerusalem. Isn’t that enough already? How can another one add anything to what is already here?

The answer to that question may not come from where most people expect. While most museums are built to preserve antiquities of some form of art, culture or history, the raison d’ĂȘtre for the Mike Evans museum, officially named the Friends of Zion Heritage Center, is to tell a love story that has been misunderstood, and even missed entirely, by the tellers of history. It is the story of the enduring love and compassion that true Christians have, and have had, for the Jewish people and now for the nation of Israel.

Dr. Mike Evans has dedicated his entire life to telling the story and to encouraging the people of Israel. This museum is yet another way of communicating that beautiful love story that so many so-called Christians have tarnished, so much so that the Jewish people – God’s chosen – have been unable to comprehend that anyone really loves them with the passion that Dr. Evans and Bible-believers around the world really do.

It would be correct to say that the Mike Evans Museum is unique, simply based on its use of 21st century technologies. Even calling it interactive does not suffice. It is an experience that takes visitors well beyond the ordinary and the expected.

Within these walls, visitors will become acquainted with the true stories of some of the men and women who have gone to great lengths to aid and protect the Jews, promote the cause of Zionism and preserve the nation of Israel. But, more than an education, our hope is that each person will sense the love of our staff for Israel and realize that it represents the love of multitudes among the nations who also love the special and sacred land.

Our expectation is that, within these walls every visitor will become acquainted with the stories of men and women who have gone to great lengths to aid and protect the Jews, promote the cause of Zionism and preserve the nation of Israel. But, more than the education, our hope is that each person will sense the love of our staff and realize that it represents the love of multitudes among the nations who also love them.

Politicians and men of high position throughout the ages have misappropriated the Christian label without understanding its true meaning and have often used that label to promote their personal agendas to persecute the Jewish people. Much to our mutual misfortune, this has led to misconceptions that Christians hate the Jews and cannot be trusted. The Mike Evans Museum exists as a beacon of assurance that those misconceptions are false.

We love you, Israel. We pray for your peace, Jerusalem. We bless you, children of Abraham. We know the plans that YHWH has for you, plans for you to prosper. We are here to demonstrate and teach you how much we care, and to share with you the stories of others who have gone before who have done the same. Shalom.

Museum to Feature Heroes of Israel

During your visit to the Mike Evans Museum in Jerusalem, officially called the Friends of Zion Heritage Center, you will encounter the stories of military heroes like General Marie-Pierre Koenig, Col. John Henry Patterson, and Major Orde Wingate, and political leaders like President Harry Truman, who did so much to prepare for Israel’s rebirth as a nation.

The list of heroes is even longer than those people though. Oskar Schindler, Irena Sendler, Miep and Jan Gies, Raoul Wallenberg, Chinue Sempo Sugihara, and, of course, the courageous Ten Boom family. These stories are largely untold in Israel to this day.

Even in the cases where the stories have been told, the Christian faith that drove these men and women to risk everything, and even give their very lives for the sake of the Jewish people, is largely unmentioned in the annals of history.

But we will also be sharing the amazing stories of the Machal—the volunteers, many of them Believers, who came from around the world to stand with the newborn Jewish state in its desperate fight for survival following the Declaration of Independence in 1948.

Of course, there were also those who hated the Jewish people and wished to do them harm. We will address the Holocaust head on—including the role of many who claimed to be Christians during this awful atrocity, but showed that they do not represent true Christian belief or practice.

It was this inspiration that gave me the vision of creating a museum in Jerusalem. I wanted to tell the story of Corrie’s family, which is virtually unknown to the Jewish people in Israel. Then I realized there were hundreds of other amazing stories that also needed to be told. And my vision of a Mike Evans Museum in Jerusalem, later became a reality, and officially is now called the Friends of Zion Heritage Center.

Hamas, Terrorists with an Agenda

by: Michael D. Evans
Hamas Terrorists with an AgendaHamas, the terrorist organization that occupies Gaza, is hard at work trying to convince the US Secretary of State that its name should not be on the list for Foreign Terrorist Organizations. In its attempt, numerous European Union countries have been contacted in an effort to bolster that endeavor. The purpose of Hamas and its leader, Khaled Mashaal, has always been to create an Islamic state in the territory awarded Israel by the United Nations General Assembly in 1948.
The fallacy in the proposal is that Hamas leaders have no intention of changing its fundamental policy as stated in its charter: The annihilation of Israel. Like its cousin, the Palestinian Authority, it wants all of the land on which the Jewish people reside. Nor are its chiefs willing to disarm, to stop the flow of tens of thousands of rockets and mortars from Iran into Gaza in order to achieve its goals. In other words, Hamas wants all the perks of removal from the terrorist list without paying the price.
It is incongruous that the ploy by Hamas to shed its terrorist label corresponds with Egyptian reports that the organization is now dabbling in terrorist attacks in that country. Those reports have been refuted, but the suggestion coincides with the infiltration of the Sinai by other terrorist groups—including al-Qaeda.
One Hamas official, Ghazi Hamad, indicated that the pressure to bring about a change of attitude among EU countries has had positive results in both the West and other Arab countries. It appears that on Wednesday, April 24, Hamas and Fatah, at least, buried the hatchet and announced plans for a joint government. US State Department head John Kerry seemed stunned by the announcement. Those who follow terrorist activities in the Middle East know that it would be easier for a leopard to change its spots than for Hamas and Fatah to recognize Israel’s right to exist, and suspend attacks against her. This is confirmed by the near-daily rocket attacks aimed at some area inside Israel.
According to a Washington Post report: Abbas made a revealing choice – rather than choosing peace with a democratic neighbor he decided to align with murderous, terrorist, Jihadist Islamists. Abbas celebrates the release of terrorists and luxuriates in the alliance with them.
Those who believe Mahmoud Abbas is a viable peace partner in negotiations between the Palestinian Authority and the Israeli government are sorely mistaken. Like his predecessor Yasser Arafat, Abbas has had ample opportunities to come to an agreement with his Israeli counterpart—opportunities which had been squandered by his refusal to disarm the terrorist factions within his territory and to recognize Israel’s right to exist.
Several arguments abound as to why the Palestinian Authority continues to reject any and all offers of a Palestinian State as did Yasser Arafat in 2000 and as Mahmoud Abbas has continued to do. Formal statehood would limit the ability of the PLO and Hamas in Gaza to commit acts of terrorism. This was a lesson learned when Gaza achieved pseudo-statehood. It became easier for Israel to retaliate when attacked. For the PA to achieve statehood would be a catastrophic move: It would lose the “victim” status which it has enjoyed for decades, and would lose sizeable donations from US, EU, and Arab backers. Would that those organizations, including the UN and Russia come to understand that the Palestinians do not want a state. It would rob them of the cover they now enjoy when it comes to terroristic acts against the Jewish people in Israel.
The question begs to be asked: How could any right-thinking EU leader, or for that matter the US Secretary of State, believe for a moment that Abbas and Hamas are willing to forgo the Jew-hatred that drives the terrorist organizations?

The Demon of Jew-hatred

by: Michael D. Evans
The Demon of Jew-hatredThe world was shocked when Jews in the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk received orders to register, and that any Jew who refused would have their citizenship revoked, be forced to leave the country, and have their property confiscated. The warning leaflets written in Russian were distributed outside a synagogue during Passover. The flyers were addressed to Ukrainian citizens of Jewish nationality.
The one responsible for this heinous ruse is the Prince of the Power of the Air. It is not the first time Jews have been targeted, nor will it be the last. As Christians around the world celebrate Easter and Jews celebrate Passover, I am reminded of the forced registration/taxation of all Jews which was cleverly implemented by Herod. It would provide the information necessary so that he could eventually kill a Jew from the lineage of David—Yeshua ben Jospeh, the Lord our Salvation, or Jesus.
King Herod’s obsession to kill the firstborn because of his demonic fear meant this Child would fulfill prophecies that go all the way back to Mount Moriah where Abraham made a covenant with God over Isaac and where King David chose to build the first Temple. This hatred for the Jews has not diminished, nor has the fiendish virus of anti-Semitism been stamped out.
Over sixty years ago, my mother shook her finger in my face and shouted, “Christians kill Jews; Christians hate Jews. Jesus died. Don’t dig him up. The Pope, Adolf Hitler, and Billy Graham are all Christians.” She said that because she caught me watching a Billy Graham program after Saturday morning cartoons. My mother then told me a horror story about her grandfather, a rabbi. He and his congregation in the Ukraine were burned to death in his synagogue on the Shabbat. She said, “Russian Orthodox Christians boarded up the windows and lit fires while screaming ‘Christ killers’!”
Regretfully, my father, who attended an Assembly of God Church and called himself a born-again Christian, hated Jews. It’s hard to believe he could have married a Jewish woman, but he did. He went to church on Sunday and was called, “Brother Bob,” by the congregation, yet the Jew he hated the most was me. He believed I was the product of an affair between my mother and a Jewish man. From the age of four to the age of eleven, I suffered unspeakable abuse—beaten with extension cords and coat hangers, locked in a canning cellar beneath the house, and ultimately strangled and left for dead—simply because I was a Jew. Over the forty-plus years I’ve defended the nation of Israel and worked with its leaders, there is one thing I clearly recognize: Jews are not killed in Israel over land; they are killed because they are Jewish.
During the time of Jesus, a quarter million Jews were crucified by the Romans for only one reason: They were Jewish. I related this to Mel Gibson when he invited me to a preview of “The Passion of the Christ” after he said Jews were fighting the movie. As I watched the story unfold on the screen, I identified twenty-two scenes in the movie that were not biblical. I recalled the book from which those scenes were selected. At the end of the movie, I said to Mr. Gibson, “There are scenes from your movie that I believe are from the book, The Dolorous Passion of our Lord Jesus Christ, by Sister Ann Emmerich. She was anti-Semitic, and believed the Jews strangled Christian children and used their blood to make matzo during the Passover.”
In response to my comments, Mel Gibson said that my observation was correct; it had been taken from the book. He admitted to being a follower of hers. I inquired of him, “At the conclusion of the movie, why not put these words on the screen: During the Roman occupation, a quarter-million Jews were crucified by the Romans, but only one rose from the dead.” He was quite impressed with that recommendation, but would not comply because he is anti-Semitic, and he did want to bait the Jews.
God’s prophetic clock is still on the Jews. It all began with them, and will all end with them according to Psalm 102: 16, “When the Lord shall build up Zion, then shall He appear in His glory.” He is a covenant God and every promise He made to the Jewish people will be kept, as will every promise He has made to those who have been washed in the blood of the Passover Lamb and redeemed.

Christ at the Wall

by: Michael D. Evans
Christ at the WallWhile in Jerusalem building Israel’s first Christian Heritage Center to celebrate the heroes and history of those who helped the Jewish people and the State of Israel, I realized the Christ at the Checkpoint Conference was taking place in Bethlehem the week of March 11-14, the same week I was in the Holy City. This event was attended by supposed Evangelicals who blindly think they are also helping Israel and the Jewish people.
This annual conference attempting to mobilize the support of the Evangelical world heard representatives from various organizations. These included the World Council of Churches, Willowcreek church, a US church with over 25,000 members and 9,000 associated churches, another mega-church Pastor Joel Hunter, and a member of the National Association of Evangelicals, Terry Berg, a professor from Wheaton College in Illinois (a school founded by Dr. Billy Graham), and Bobby Wilson, president of Oral Roberts University. All lent their support. Speakers, mostly evangelical, were ostensibly attending in the name of social justice.
From this conference have come movies such as “The Little Town of Bethlehem” and “With God on our Side.” This group proffers in the name of social justice that most, if not all, of the blame for the Middle East Conflict lies with Israel. The attendees seem to completely ignore the issue of Muslim anti-Semitism that portrays Jews as pigs and apes. The conference promotes conspiracy theories concerning the Jewish people controlling the media and banks worldwide. These deluded prophets buy into the myth that the land of Israel belongs largely to the Palestinian people.
Christ at the Checkpoint is an organized, ideological machine to educate and dissuade American Evangelicals from holding a pro-Israel view. The Evangelical Zionists are condemned as well as is the biblical worldview held by Evangelicals. The security wall which has become the target of their movement was built in the early 2000’s after hundreds of terrorist attacks which killed or maimed thousands of Jews—only because they were Jews. The demand is basically that Israel tear down their wall. In reality what they call a wall is basically a fence.
This is a convenient marriage between two groups who embrace Replacement Theology. In this belief, the Old Testament is completely rejected, and the New Testament is used to delegitimize Israel under the banner that the Church has replaced the Jews and made null and void promises to them because they are charged with having crucified Christ. It’s a revisionist theology used to support an ideological war.
I dealt with that theology head-on at the Madrid Peace Conference in 1991 when I debated Dr. Hanan Ashwari, a Christian Palestinian, on the topic of Bethlehem.  She declared, “Bethlehem is a Muslim town where the first Palestinian Christian, Jesus Christ, was born. My response to her was, “Bethlehem is the Jewish town where the Jewish Messiah, Jesus Christ, was born.”
Those rallying behind Christ at the Checkpoint hold to a core belief that since the Church has replaced the Jews, everything historically and biblically tied to the Jewish people now belongs to the Church. Replacement theology has gone viral throughout Europe. It has been embraced by the Church of England, as well as the Presbyterian Church in the United States, as well as other denominations.
Seventy-three years ago, J. Oswald Chambers, an early twentieth century evangelist and teacher, visited the Evangelical Church in Germany whose members were among the most highly-educated in the world. It was the nation that gave birth to the Protestant Reformation. Chambers declared concerning Hitler, “They love him, from the largest churches to the smallest, they love him. They believe God sent him. They tell me the trains run on time; national pride has been restored; the economy is wonderful.” Not surprisingly, Oswald was right; they did love Hitler. Not only were they blinded, but they bought in to the ideology of Replacement Theology.
That damnable doctrine taught in the churches and in the schools fueled and fed the Third Reich.
In Bethlehem at the Christ at the Checkpoint Conference not a word was said as sixty rockets were fired at Israel by Palestinians from Gaza during the meetings. Examples from the actual manifesto of the meeting should be closely scrutinized:
  • Any exclusive claim to land of the Bible in the name of God is not in line with the teaching of scripture.
  • For Palestinian Christians the “occupation” is the core issue of the conflict.
Another point to be considered when studying the inequity of conference speakers is: Thirty-two of the thirty-four speakers are advocates of Replacement Theology, vocal critics of Israel’s right to exist. The PLO supported the enterprise using Evangelical language and imagery to blame Israel, and Israel alone, for Palestine suffering.
While peaceful, law-abiding Palestinians live in Israel unmolested and prosperous, Jews are unable to live in Bethlehem for fear of death—or for that matter in any biblical city controlled by the Palestinian Authority. Several years ago, two schoolboys skipped class to go hiking, Yakob (Kobie) Mandell, 13, formerly of Maryland, and Yosef Ishran, 14, were brutally murdered. Their heads were crushed when they were stoned to death. They had climbed into a cave at the Wadi Haritun, fifteen minutes’ walk from their home. Their blood was used to smear anti-Semitic slurs on the walls of the cave.
Two young Israeli reservists, Vadim Nurzhitz and Yossi Abrahami, accidentally took a wrong turn in the direction of Ramallah and were taken into custody by the police. Those two young men were beaten, stabbed, had their eyes gouged out and their bodies dismembered as Palestinians held aloft their blood-stained hands as the crowds jumped and cheered in celebration. The soldiers’ bodies were tossed out a window of the police station and stomped by the frenzied mob. One of the bodies was set afire. Soon after, the mob dragged the mutilated bodies through al Manara Square in the city as a victory celebration took place. I attended the funerals of these four young men whose only crime was being Jewish.
A number of years ago, I debated Rev. Al Sharpton on MSNBC during a segment of Chris Matthews’ “Hardball.” Rev. Sharpton held the same position as those who support Christ at the Checkpoint. I said to him, “Imagine if you will that you were the mayor of Harlem and the Ku Klux Klan launched hundreds of missiles into your city, killing thousands of black residents. Are you telling me you would defend the KKK? That’s precisely what you are doing on this show all in the name of Christ and social justice.”
When the disciples asked Jesus what would be a sign of the end of the age, He said that many false prophets would arise and deceive many. It appears that we are nearing the end of the age.

The Elephant in the Room

by: Michael D. Evans
The Elephant in the RoomBenjamin Netanyahu has again challenged Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas for his failure to acknowledge Israel’s right to exist. During a Likud meeting earlier this week, the prime minister said: "The chairman of the PA was quoted today as saying he is not prepared to recognize the Jewish state. And this comes with him knowing there will not be an agreement without recognition of the nation state of the Jews."  Netanyahu also called “absurd” the idea that Israel would acquiesce to a Palestinian state without the reciprocity of the PA recognizing the Jewish state. Abbas’ failure to acknowledge the Jewish state has become the proverbial elephant in the room during peace negotiations.
Netanyahu further warned, “Now we will see if those same international actors, who until now have solely put pressure on Israel, will make clear to the Palestinian Authority what exactly will happen to the Palestinians if there will not be an agreement. Because, unless the Palestinians understand they will pay a price for the failure of peace talks, they will prefer not to continue the talks."
The prime minister’s comments followed a warning from US Secretary of State John Kerry that Israel faces the risk of losing its legal status and of additional embargoes should the current situation continue without a breakthrough in the so-called peace process. Netanyahu pledged that outside pressures will not force him to take chances with the safety and security of the citizens of the nation of Israel.
Minister of Economics Naftali Bennett took exception to Kerry’s threat of boycotts against Israel. He responded, "The Jewish people are stronger than the threats. We won't give in to scare tactics. They're trying to crush our spirit, but we'll win. How? By telling the truth over and over again.”
Bennett scorned statements by Palestinian Authority negotiator Saeb Erekat who declared that the Palestinians had resided in the region longer than the Jews. Said Bennett, “The Land of Israel has been the inheritance of the Jewish People for 3,800 years. In the same Bible that all Muslims and Christians – and of course Jews – believe, it says G-d gave the Land to the Jewish Nation. This is written in Hebrew and addressed to the Jews. Israel was the Jewish homeland thousands of years before there were Palestinians.”
In 2005, a movement of divestment, sanctions and boycotts against the Jewish state was launched. The BDS group had called for international economic pressure against Israel. The targets included such widely known brands as Pampers, Victoria's Secret, Volvo, Intel, Israeli hummus, Motorola, Hewlett-Packard, Starbucks, McDonald's, and SodaStream, among others.
SodaStream spokesperson and actress Scarlett Johansson revealed in a Huffington Post blog interview that she is "proud of the...quality of their product and work environment." She touted the West Bank factory where Palestinians and Israelis work side-by-side.
While Johansson’s comments were ridiculed by some, they were supported by an unsolicited and comparable reaction from some of the Palestinians employed at the plant.
One young man from the Palestinian village of Jaba confirmed: "I'm happy. We're like family. We have fun. We are Jews and Muslims here. We are here peacefully. We have no problems. Everyone is complaining about settlements here and everywhere, but SodaStream is different.''
Those employed related that their take-home pay is approximately $1,200 per month. This is a princely sum compared to what they would take home in wages from comparable jobs within the Palestinian Authority territory. SodaStream also provides benefits to its workers in the form of medical insurance and a pension plan. Although pressured to resign from her representation of SodaStream, Ms. Johansson resigned from the organization applying that pressure—Oxfam, the non-profit and anti-poverty human rights organization that has operated in the West Bank for years on behalf of the Palestinians.
Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat backed Mr. Netanyahu while speaking at the 11th Jerusalem Conference. He reiterated that “for more than four billion people in the world, [Jerusalem] is the center of the world, for all the tribes and all the sectors." According to the mayor, he appreciates the prime minister’s desire to stand firm against attempts to divide the Holy City.

Conspiracy to Divide Jerusalem

by: Michael D. Evans
Conspiracy to Divide JerusalemPresident Barack Obama has officially presented his Middle East peace plan through Secretary of State John Kerry to my long-time friend Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. It links the United States of America to a demonic magic show of smoke and mirrors.
The peace plan calls for East Jerusalem, part of the capital city of the State of Israel and the home of Christianity, to become the Islamic capital for a Palestinian state. The payment for this is the promise that the Palestinian Authority will acknowledge Israel’s right of survival as a Jewish state. This is without question the theater of the absurd and a festival of hypocrisy.
On December 11, 1988, I confronted Yasser Arafat when he promised to denounce terrorism. I held up a copy of the PLO Covenant during a meeting of his executive committee and said, “If you denounce terrorism, denounce this document that calls for the destruction of the Jewish state.”
Arafat began to scream, “Shut up, shut up, shut up. What must I do to make you shut up?” I didn't shut up for him, and I will not do so for President Barach Obama. Through the years, I’ve confronted U.S. leaders over Jerusalem—from Ronald Reagan’s National Security Advisor Robert McFarlane to George H. W. Bush’s Secretary of State James Baker at the Madrid Peace Conference.
In Zechariah 12, the prophet declared, “I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.” The battle for Jerusalem has gone on for more than 6,000 years—since the day Abraham pitched his tent on Mount Zion and made a covenant with God. Islamic dictators control over 13 million square kilometers in the Middle East and Israel controls a little over 20,000. The Islamic world wants Palestine as its twenty-second state, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
Prime Minister Menachem Begin to whom I served as an advisor told me that when he went to Camp David in 1978 to make peace with Egypt, President Carter advised him that the United States did not recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. Begin answered, “Whether you recognize Jerusalem or don’t recognize Jerusalem, it is the capital of the State of Israel.”
The spiritual attachment of the Jewish people to Jerusalem goes back to the beginning of time. Throughout history, when the Jews were driven from the land, wherever they found themselves in exile, they faced toward Jerusalem when praying. They proclaimed, “Next year in Jerusalem.”
Jerusalem is a small city. It does not stand along a great river as does London, Paris or Rome. It boasts of no port, no major industry, and no known mineral wealth. The city doesn’t stand on a major thoroughfare connected to the rest of the world. Why, then, is Jerusalem the navel of the earth—the shaft that propels the world ever forward? No other city in the world has been ravished and destroyed and invaded as has the city of Jerusalem.
Indeed, Jerusalem belongs to God. The prophets declared that Jerusalem is the only city on earth where God wrote His name. It is the city where heaven and earth met, and will meet again. It is the only city for which we are commanded to pray. Six empires have conquered and occupied Jerusalem. God told Abraham, “I will bless those who bless thee, and curse him who curses thee.”
One prediction has held true throughout history for all nations that have come against the Jewish people: Empires such as the British and Roman Empire are no more. The greatest curse of all will come upon the nation that comes against Jerusalem.
The Holy City is the home of the Temple site—ground zero for spiritual warfare. Like the Great Whore of Babylon, principalities and powers roar across the earth attempting to seduce the nations. Jerusalem is still the apple of God’s eye, His diadem, His firstborn, His chosen, His beloved, the jewel in His crown.
In Joel 3:16, God declares: ‘The Lord will roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem; the earth and the heavens will tremble. But the Lord will be a refuge for His people, a stronghold for the people of Israel.”

Persian Presidential Perfume

by: Mike Evans
Persian Presidential Perfume - Mike Evans - Jerusalem Prayer Team
In Iran, the scent is in the air. Iranians go to the polls on June 14 to supposedly elect their next president. The truth is there never was a choice for the people. The election has always been rigged by the mullahs who chose Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the Holocaust-denying, Zionist-hating president. The next Iranian president will be absolutely no different.
Putting lipstick on a pig or spraying Persian perfume on the new president will not change a thing. For years I have met with Iranian diplomats at their hotels in New York City during the UN General Assembly. I arranged the Fox News Network’s only exclusive interview with Ahmadinejad. After having had dozens of meetings with those leaders—including the foreign minister and various mullahs—the one thing of which I am certain is this: the new president will be 100 percent a Mahdi follower. He will be committed to a mad, apocalyptic vision aimed at the “Great Satan—the United States,” and the “Little Satan—Israel.” He will further expand terrorism and militancy worldwide in an attempt to usher in an Islamic messianic kingdom and caliphate.
The second thing common to all the leaders I met, including the president, was a belief in The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion. They believe in a conspiracy that the economy, wars, and even diseases are greatly impacted by Zionists, and they have only one obsession: taking over the world.
I will never forget that one Iranian diplomat told me his countrymen only lived to be 62 years old and Zionists lived to be 82. He asked me if I knew why that was. When I responded “no,” he enlightened me. He said that it was because of rats. He believes that the Zionists send rats into Iran to infect the crops and eat the food, causing the Iranians to die twenty years earlier.
I thought he was joking, and I replied, “That’s a really funny joke, so tell me how they teach the rats to swim across the Persian Gulf.” He looked at me with disdain and responded, “This is not a joke!”
The Iranian election is about imposing a new caliphate worldwide—the nation of Islam. The mullahs see the West as a threat to their ideology and culture, and will be able to defeat the U.S. and it allies from the point of view of culture and impose this new government with terrorism tactics.
Now they are but the turn of a screwdriver away from having the capability to build an atomic bomb. They will then have a nuclear umbrella. The new president, like his predecessor, will support the view of the mullahs that Israel must be “wiped off the map,” that a world without Zionism must exist.
When Hitler came to power before World War II, the German people were trapped in a horrific economic situation. He had come to persuade the Germans that the Jewish people were their number one enemy, accountable for all the nation’s internal problems. Hitler strongly stressed what he saw as “An anti-Semitism based on reason leading to a systematic combatting and elimination of the privileges of the Jews. The ultimate objective must be the irrevocable removal of Jews in general.”
The mullahs in Iran feel the same. No doubt that the pathology of evil that infected Hitler and Eichmann and the Third Reich has also infected the Iranian regime. The new president will have a mandate from Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and his Council to uproot capitalism and Zionism and promote the discourse of pure Islam globally in support of the Mahdi obsession.

Election Day—Iranian style

by: Mike Evans
Election Day—Iranian style - Mike Evans - Jerusalem Prayer Team
On June 14, Iranians will go to the polls to cast their vote for the next president of the country. Whatever the outcome of the election, it appears certain that the mullahs and their fanatic followers are the ones who control what goes on behind the scenes. It is they who determine who rises to the top among the candidates and who is toppled.
After having met many of the Iranian leaders in New York City, talking with them, and having arranged an interview with Ahmadinejad with Fox News Network, the mindset of those men is more readily understood. During one meeting, I was told by his spiritual advisor that Mahmoud Ahmadinejad would be the one to usher in the Mahdi, the Shi’a messiah, who would establish an Islamic caliphate worldwide. Over the four-year time period, I discovered two things all the mullahs have in common: their belief in the Mahdi and in the much-circulated book of lies called The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion.
The core of the myth was to document the purported minutes of a late 19th-century meeting of Jewish leaders discussing their goal of global Jewish hegemony by subverting the morals of Gentiles, and by controlling the press, the world's economy, wars, and diseases.
Written in Paris as fiction and later altered and published in Russia in 1903, it has been translated into multiple languages, and disseminated internationally. The forgery contains numerous elements deliberately written to fool the reader into believing that it is truthful and accurate. These lies were largely responsible for generating the pogroms and for the Holocaust.
Another thing that did not escape my attention during the Fox News interview was that the Iranian diplomats accompanying President Ahmadinejad in the studio were dismissed and replaced with a line of mullahs. They spent the time during the meeting praying that the president would be empowered by the Mahdi. It is these mullahs who likely have already mandated the identity of the next president.
The upcoming election is not about democracy; it is about theology. It is about an apocalyptic obsession to usher in the Mahdi, the Shi’a messiah who will establish an Islamic Caliphate worldwide. The next elected president will certainly be a follower of the Mahdi, and will assume the same apocalyptic mantle as his predecessor. To achieve that end, the June 14 election will be as fraudulent as was the 2009 fiasco.
It occurs to me that there are similarities between the upcoming ballot in Iran and the election in Germany prior to World War II. In his attempt to sway the German people who were trapped in a horrific economic situation, Hitler declared the Jewish people to be Germany’s No. 1 enemy, accountable for all the nation’s internal problems. Ahmadinejad has made no secret of his hatred for Israel and his avowal that the Holocaust was faked.
Hitler strongly stressed what he saw as “the anti-Semitism of reason” that must lead “to the systematic combating and elimination of Jewish privileges. Its ultimate goal must implacably be the total removal of the Jews.” He was so convinced Germany was near collapse, that he joined forces with nationalist leader General Erich Friedrich Wilhelm Ludendorff in an attempted coup.
The ensuing riot began in a Munich beer hall and resulted in: 1) the deaths of sixteen individuals, 2) the Nazi Party being outlawed, and 3) Hitler being tried and sentenced to five years in prison. His sentence was commuted to nine months, but during his incarceration, he dictated a draft of Mein Kampf to Rudolf Hess, a devoted sycophant. The tome — filled with a coarse, ill-conceived jumble of anti-Semitism, fabrication, and fantasy, evolved into the literal bible of the emerging Nazi Party. By 1939, this hodgepodge of pretense had resulted in the sales of over five million volumes and been translated into eleven languages. When the lie of The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion was added to the mix, Hitler had a written manifesto of disaster for Jews.
In 1925, the Germans removed the prohibition against the Nazi Party and granted permission for Hitler to address the public. Moreover, when he needed it, a worldwide economic crisis reached Germany. Ironically, the resulting magnitude of unemployment, panic, and anger afforded Hitler the opportunity to step forward and claim the role of redeemer and savior of the nation.
On January 30, 1933, Hitler was nominated as Reich Chancellor. His determination to build a superior Aryan race that would dominate the world unleashed the Holocaust that claimed the lives of six million Jews. It is interesting to note that Iran translates to “land of the Aryans” and was the name the natives used in referring to their country, one whose leaders are just as eager to see the annihilation of the Jewish race.
My book, The Locket, which will be released in Israel during my visit later this month, details the search for, arrest, trial and execution of Adolf Eichmann, the architect of Hitler’s “final solution.” This demon-controlled man embraced The Protocols. When faced with execution after his trial in Jerusalem, he responded, “[I] will leap into my grave laughing because the feeling that I have five million human beings on my conscience is for me a source of extraordinary satisfaction.”
This mirors the belief system of Iranian leaders and the candidates who will vie for the presidency in a few days. Each has been vetted by Khamenei and his Council. Five have close ties to the Supreme Leader. You can be sure that all meet the rigid criteria of loyalty, both to the Mahdi and to belief in The Protocols. One of the candidates, Saeed Jalili, has expressed his ideology: The goals of Iran and its Islamic allies should be to “uproot capitalism, Zionism and… promote the discourse of pure Islam in the world.” I feel certain his beliefs are mirrored by the other seven candidates, and that fanatics will continue to support the Mahdi obsession.
